balanced rva was established in 2018 by VCU alumnus (class of 1999) Cleveland Forrest. After years working in public accounting helping small businesses translate their books to reliable tax data, Cleve decided to start a small business of his own! balanced rva is here to help you, your family and/or your company understand and be prepared for all your financial reporting requirements while establishing proper accounting procedures you can build on in perpetuity.

Weekly / Monthly Consultation

Based on your needs, we can meet via zoom (secured business account) weekly, monthly or even quarterly. We will keep your books up to date, all transactions categorized, and bank accounts reconciled while discussing bookkeeping principles and tax implications. Service based small business can complete their bookkeeping in as little as an hour a month, with a little guidance. Great service for rental property owners and service/trade industries. Stop losing sleep over your books!!
